Directing Expansion with Nick Aleshin

Nick Aleshin is the Director of Expansion at MEGA and the founder of TidbitAudio, bringing a wealth of experience in both the music and technology industries. A drummer at heart, Nick sought a creative outlet beyond percussion and soon found himself immersed in the world of synthesizers and Eurorack. His journey began with building synth kits when not behind drum kits, a hobby that evolved into a business as he learned soldering and explored new ways to engage with his craft. This passion led to the founding of TidbitAudio, which gained attention for its innovative products in (and connected to) the Eurorack space.

As Director of Expansion at MEGA, Nick applies his entrepreneurial expertise to drive the company’s growth and broaden its product offerings. Drawing on his experience from founding and scaling TidbitAudio, he is instrumental in extending MEGA’s reach. Nick’s unique blend of technical knowledge and strategic insight allows him to identify new opportunities for innovation and ensure MEGA remains at the forefront of the synthesizer industry.

In addition to his role at MEGA, Nick remains active in the music community. He is a member of three bands: Dstressr (prog/psychedelic), Ope (doom/sludge/hardcore), and Party In the Front / Party In the Back (pop/punk). His ongoing involvement in diverse musical projects fuels his creativity and keeps him connected to the latest trends in music and audio technology. Nick’s passion for music extends beyond the professional sphere, and he is committed to staying deeply engaged with the community both as a hobbyist and a leader.
